Project Manager (3-5 Years of Experience)

We have an opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team to provide a range of project management services that require not only expert organizational and management skills, but an analytical mindset and familiarity with the health care sector. These tasks include:

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience managing projects related to health policy, health care reform, care delivery, and/or health data strategy. Individual must also demonstrate the ability to lead people, processes, and projects; run effective meetings; and facilitate decision making in complex client environments, particularly public or private health care organizations. Knowledge of multi-payer databases and/or health insurance exchanges would be a plus. Candidates must be independent and thoughtful, with the ability to simultaneously handle multiple assignments. Candidates must be comfortable managing the day to day tasks of a project and actively engaging in the subject matter.

Claims Data Analyst (5 Years of Experience)

Freedman HealthCare (FHC) specializes in health care performance measurement and improvement, health information technology, and strengthening linkages between public health and health care reform. Through our national work with state health organizations and policy makers, FHC is committed to creating a more efficient health care system. FHC is seeking an experienced Claims Data Analyst for a short-term project at Freedman HealthCare. Working under the direction of FHC staff and expert consultants, design and execute analytic projects using SQL or SAS.

Specific responsibilities include:

  1. Review files for data quality
    1. Contributing subject matter knowledge and in consultation with FHC subject matter experts, write and execute data quality assessment scripts and processes
    2. Provide summary of findings
  2. Review business requirements and create technical specifications
    1. Working with FHC subject matter experts, prepare, execute and review topic-specific queries
    2. Provide summary of analysis
    3. Provide query code and documentation in client-ready format
  3. Perform analytics, prepare tabular and graphical displays of results, and present results to internal and external audiences

RI EOHHS Reconciliation Analyst (3+ Years of Experience)

Summary:

EOHHS is looking for an experienced Reconciliation Analyst to support their Data and Analytics Team.The Reconciliation Analyst will be responsible for reconciliation of reporting files to ensure accurate data is transmitted to and from state systems and federal and state authorities.
