Mr. Green has over 30 years of experience in software development and database management. Mr. Green has held multiple executive roles in the software industry, including CEO, CTO, and CIO. Through all of these positions, he has found innovative ways to apply leading edge database technology for desktop productivity tools, data driven websites, application programmer interfaces, and SaaS applications. His principal focus at Freedman HealthCare is migrating our analytical infrastructure to the cloud to take advantage of big data technologies.
The healthcare industry is quickly moving to cloud-based systems, and legislation is gearing up to require the adoption. This migration to the cloud allows the analysis of vast amounts of data and cross-referencing numerous sources in ways that reveal new cost savings and paths to more effective care. Some of Mr. Green's career achievements include writing the first book on the dBASE programming language, teaching database programming to thousands of business people and programmers, and developing the Andover.net web network, which went public in 1999 and was acquired in 2000. Mr. Green holds a Bachelor’s degree from SUNY Stoney Brook and a Master’s degree from Harvard University.
