Ms. Bloom supports clients and the FHC team by conducting research and summarizing findings, arranging and participating in client meetings, aiding proposal development, and assisting with various APCD and data related projects. Prior to joining FHC, Ms. Bloom assisted in the development of multiple epidemiology studies for a public health research firm, collecting and recording new data and creating excel visuals to show study trends. Previously, she contracted with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in their National Center for Health Statistics office, enhancing their public health data dissemination systems and processes. During her time with the NCHS, Ms. Bloom utilized digital analytic tools to better public access to valuable health data and information released by the CDC. Ms. Bloom earned her Master of Public Policy with a focus in Health Policy from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Boston University’s College of Arts and Sciences.
