Mr. MacLeod takes pride in curating and applying cross-sector data sets to facilitate improvements in health outcomes, risks, conditions, and drivers. With a passion for leading cross-functional teams of project managers, data analysts, technical developers, and educators, Mr. MacLeod has a unique combination of technical and programmatic know-how to lead projects from inception through delivery effectively. As a Senior Consultant at Freedman HealthCare, Mr. MacLeod serves as Project Director for the Rhode Island Executive Office of Health and Human Services’ Ecosystem, a statewide integrated data repository designed to support complex, data-driven storytelling about the quality, equity, and safety of care received by Rhode Island residents.

Before joining Freedman HealthCare, Mr. MacLeod worked at HealthInfoNet, the state of Maine’s statewide Health Information Exchange (HIE), where he oversaw programmatic operations and service development for its clinical- and community-based participants. Previously, he worked at Onpoint Health Data, a data management and analytics organization operating All-Payer Claims Database (APCD) programs, where he dually served as Client Account Manager and Product Manager.

Mr. MacLeod holds a BA in Sociology from Gettysburg College.
