Mr. Membrino is an experienced IT Professional with 20+ years of leadership expertise in Digital Transformation, IT Service Management (ITSM), information security, operational efficiency, and revenue growth across diverse sectors, including Corporate, Higher Education, Non-Profit, and Manufacturing. At Freedman Healthcare, he is responsible for the IT infrastructure, systems, and services.

Previously, as Director of IT at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, he led the aligned IT, Security, and AV strategy, services, and support teams for multiple locations and the mobile program delivery fleet. Earlier, at New England Conservatory, he spearheaded a Digital Transformation effort with the implementation of modern administrative, academic, and student technologies for the Preparatory, College, and Adult Learner schools. At both, he led the technology efforts for new building construction projects.
