Mr. Jims is a passionate data analyst with experience working with complex healthcare claims and eligibility data. He is skilled at helping clients define critical business reporting strategies by reviewing, analyzing, and documenting business processes and user needs. In his role at Freedman HealthCare, he develops, tests, implements, and maintains reports in various formats drawn from inter- and intra-application data stores.
Prior to joining FHC, Mr. Jims worked for a national healthcare company reporting on large amounts of claims data that helped to identify and close patient outcome gaps across Colorado. He also worked in education as a data/systems analyst for Denver Public Schools and an institutional research analyst for Colorado State University.
Mr. Jims holds a Master’s degree in International Politics, with a focus on human rights and international law, from American University in Washington, D.C., as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from West Chester University.
