Ms. Kotoka is a seasoned data analyst who translates complex data into actionable insights for state policymakers. Bridging data science and healthcare, her expertise spans quality measure development, data management, report automation, and developing advanced statistical analyses crucial for business decisions. At FHC, Ms. Kotoka serves as a Senior Data Engineer and statistical expert, supporting advanced inferential analysis for several state clients.

Prior to joining FHC, Ms. Kotoka worked as an analytic associate within the Quality Informatics Department of Presbyterian Healthcare Services of New Mexico, where she analyzed patient data to identify trends and patterns. She developed and maintained automated custom reports, data visualizations, and dashboards. Ms. Kotoka also worked for a manufacturing company, where she analyzed target markets, digital performance, sales pipeline, competitors, and growth opportunities to develop strategic and tactical insights and recommendations.

Dr. Kotoka holds a Ph.D. in Statistics an MSc in Applied Statistics from North Dakota State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Mathematics-Statistics from Methodist University College, Ghana.
