Ms. Aromando is a results-driven Project Manager with over a decade of experience in healthcare management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. She excels in managing complex projects, analyzing performance metrics, and meeting strategic objectives. Her expertise spans across value-based care trends, program implementation, and health education. At FHC, Ms. Aromando serves as the project manager for projects focused on alternative payment models and primary care, behavioral health, and hospital spending. Previously, Ms. Aromando worked as a program manager for the MaineHealth Accountable Care Organization, which is affiliated with the largest health system in the state of Maine. Ms. Aromando holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Health from Clark University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Tufts University.
